1. Who are we?
Hotelera Canco, S.A. de C.V., operator of Hotel Crown Paradise Golden Puerto Vallarta ("the Hotel"), located at Av. de las Garzas 3, Zona Hotelera Norte, 48333 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., has appointed Lic. Macarena Alcalde Plazola as the officer in charge of personal data and its processing. This role involves collecting, managing, protecting, and storing the personal data of clients, prospects, suppliers, distributors, and beneficiaries of any of the Hotel's services.
2. For what purposes will we use your personal data?
The Hotel will collect your personal data and use it for the following purposes necessary to provide the requested service:
a) Commercial Purposes
- •Carry out physical and/or online prospecting and promotion of the Hotel's services.
- •Prospect reservations for the services offered by the Hotel.
- •Promote offers for the Hotel's services and other tourism-related purposes.
- •Identify preferences to make your stay more enjoyable.
b) Tax Purposes
- •Issue tax invoices for services provided by the Hotel.
- •Issue invoices for the sale of products offered at the Hotel.
c) Employment Purposes
- •Recruit and select personnel, as well as provide training for operational and administrative staff in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.
For the purposes described, the Hotel will collect your identification, contact, and biometric personal data.
Additionally, the Hotel will use your personal information for marketing purposes to provide better service: sending verification emails, reservation confirmations, service clarifications, and tax invoicing.
If you do not wish your personal data to be used for the following additional purposes, you may express your refusal: marketing or advertising, and commercial prospecting. Your refusal to allow the use of your personal data for these purposes will not be grounds for denying you the services you request from the Hotel.
